Avalon Management offers Morningstar homeowners the option to have their monthly assessment payment automatically deducted from their checking account. There is no cost for this option. If you are interested in paying your monthly assessments by ACH (Automatic Clearing House), please contact Avalon Management at Ar@avalonweb.com or by calling 951-244-0048 ext. 109. The necessary form will be forwarded to you to complete and return. Please note that ACH does not begin until you have received written confirmation so please continue to make your monthly payments until you receive confirmation that ACH will begin.
Effective with the January meeting, the Board of Director's meeting schedule will change. Odd months will now include both executive session and open session. Even months will include executive session only. Please note that executive session is closed to the membership and is limited to discussion of legal matters, third party contracts, member discipline and personnel matters. The January meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28 at the Pizza Factory. Executive Session will be begin at 6 and is followed by the Open Session at 7 pm.
