Home of the Month: Starting in January, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that each month, one home in the community will be awarded the community Home of the Month award. The Home of the Month award is intended to recognize those homes in the community that display pride of ownership and have an attractive well maintained landscape.
The Home of the Month recognition will include a small sign posted in your yard and special acknowledgment at a Board meeting and in this newsletter including a $50 gift card to a local home improvement store.
Homeowners must be in good standing to receive this recognition. Being selected as Home of the Month will automatically qualify you as an entry for Home of the Year.
