Avalon Movie Day!

In March, Avalon is treating our residents to a free family movie day for the new release of Cinderella!

We are inviting residents of our communities to sign up to receive up to 4 free movie tickets and food vouchers. Community Paint Schemes

The Board of Directors has been working diligently to create a new color scheme for our homes. After a few months of working on this project, and narrowing the choices down, the new scheme is available for our homeowners to view. If you want to paint your home, please visit the Avalon Temecula office to review the book and chosen color schemes for the Morningstar One community.

We look forward to seeing the homes within our community being painted with these new colors!
