The Board approved paint schemes for our homes back in January 2015. Over the past several months homeowners had to drive to the Temecula office of Avalon to review these approved colors. However, our management team has worked with Sherwin Williams in order to have the schemes readily available to you. Now the schemes are listed on the Sherwin Williams website.
